Since May 4th, 2020, real estate brokers are authorized to show properties amidst the current situation. To protect us from the spread of COVID-19, 10 Realty Group has implemented the following protocol to make visits to the properties:
- No more than 2 people per visit
- Social distancing: Maintain 6 feet of distance between each visitor
- The use of masks and gloves is required at all times
- We will be providing hand sanitizer
- Prospects will be asked not to touch anything
- The documents will be completed and signed and signed electronically.
